So the tip that I will be telling you about today is water.
The human body is nearly 70% water as it is known to many. So a person needs to stay hydrated at all costs to balance the 70% proportion that exists in body.

Water is an effective tool for healthy lifestyle and encourages weight loss as well within its presence.
It is necessary to drink at least 8 glasses of water to stay away from dehydration. Water is also useful to prevent many skin diseases and other anatomical problems that occur. Water keeps the skin fresh and glowing so that you appear healthy.

Dehydration may also cause severe headaches from time to time and can promote many skin diseases like acne. Further more, water enables your body with effective minerals to keep it going and such that organs of your body work properly, since the blood mainly is composed of water with cells.

But, taking water at some timings does not help in weight loss. It further causes the body to expand which in turn would leave your body to loose its adequate proportionate physique.
Drinking water during or after heavy meals leaves it to expand the fats especially if you are consuming water with rice. Next is the most common mistake that people, that is drinking water after exercises or when the pulse rate gets faster. The consumption of water after the exercises or something that encourages pulse rate to be faster limits the water and fat loss that happens via sweating.

It is appropriate to drink two glasses of water before the heavy meal such that the digestion process in your body might get enhanced and you can eat with ease. Further, drink at least a glass of water when you get up before the breakfast because the body gets dehydrated while in slumber and eating breakfast first rather than quenching the thirst before would not be effective for your daily routine.
You can also drink after bath such that the pressure of blood in your body can get accommodated easily as during bath, constant water splashes take away the moisture from the body. You might have also observed crinkled tips of fingers. Yup that is because the moisture has been take away.

So water is really necessary no matter what you do!
