Weight loss diet #9 Rice in weight loss? Rice in weight gain?

Hi friends, I hope you all are doing fine and have implemented upon the weight loss program that I have discussed so far on my blog.
We are approaching towards the end of this year and that itself brings out special attention from my side.
Today, I am going to tell you about a dietary food that will contribute towards achieving the weight loss experience that you are under going.

First of all let me tell you that you all are beautiful in your very own sizes that you have been blessed with. I think each one of you is beautiful  but remember to live a healthy life style.
So, I have been discussing lately with a lot of people on the topic of foods that has a lot of calories and stuff to make you appear bulky. One of the primary food that contributes is rice.

Yes rice, the fundamental food that people consume for their meals during multiple times in a day and that gradually adds to the extra fat in your body.
Actually, rice is great in fact I am fond of eating rice as well but there has to be balance in your diet in order to sustain your routine.

People make huge mistake while consuming rice that they also tend to take some fluids during their meal that adds up to the mass in their stomach and makes them full but however slows down their metabolism and makes them hungry quite frequently. You see rice get boiled in water and how it absorbs water, similarly, rice absorbs the water that you consume during meals that makes you feel heavy all of a sudden.

However, rice in itself is a great weight loss food that can be beneficial if taken under proper knowledge of the plan to achieve a healthier life style.

Brown rice has been specially brought in to the market with the primary focus of weight loss. It has many advantages and takes your daily diet into balance with quantity of nutrients, fructose for instance. White rice , on the contrary, can also enable weight loss and trigger the metabolism if it is consumed under proportions that are small with maximum intake of fruits and vegetables.

Remember for now, not to take water until your food is done especially rice.
