Some of the weight loss tips are:

1.Always keep checking your weight so you have an idea of how much you have progressed.

2.Dont panic because initially either in diet or exercises.your weight increases because the stored fats start coming out.

3.Keep a food journal and maintain it so you know your intake ratio.

4.If possible, participate in house hold chores.

5.Dont drink water immediately after the exercise or when stepping from outdoors that is when your heartbeat is fast.
