It is commonly understood by people that drinks with caffeine can cause weight loss.
The assumption might be partially true.

It is an accepted truth that Tea can mean major health benefits.

In December 2013,a research from Tea Council of USA state that green,oolong and white tea are found to have catechins, which when combined with caffeine, results in fat oxidation and energy boosters.

Analysis show that when green tea is consumed apart from caffeine, an adequate amount of wight loss was observed.
