Weight loss diet#4

So as I told before dieting is important upto certain extent and not strictly.Certain foods should be avoided and some should be taken in bulk.
I am here to tell some more about weight loss diet:

1.Eat whole grains when opting for heavy meals that is at times of lunch or dinner.

2.Eat sea food more often as it does not contain heavy fats and provides loads of energy.

3.Eat more vegetables (cooked or raw)so your fats gets absorbed and you get necessary energy followed by a balanced diet.

4.Drink fat free milk so your bones are strong and support your body.

5.Keep a check on what you eat rather than getting carried away.
