1.Always walk in a straight posture People mostly let their tummies loose after having a heavy meal where the fats gets expanded.The more straight posture, the more confident your personality will appear and you will get to analyze the effect of weight loss exercises or diet as I mentioned earlier.

2.Less sugar and beverages You need to avoid sugary food as well as beverages for it directly adds to your body fat and plus beverages are Calcium absorbers that is they make your bones weak.If you are at a party and beverages are the only choice try lemon or lime flavoured beverages rather than cola or orange soda.

3.Be a cheerful person Ok!So this isnt directly related but you need to stay happy at all cost and be happy of who you are apparently.Be appreciative

4.Consistency is the key Often people seek miracle weight loss or some sort.Remember to continue your schedule and just watch out for some of the food.

5.Make room for green tea So this is an ancient saying that green tea is best for weight loss. I personally like lemon flavor.You can also try cardamom, mint and many other herbs.

5.Stay confident of who you are.Keep yourself clean and take regular baths. Dust or smoke stick to your skin and make it appear dead.
