Weight loss diet #7 (Foods that Burn Calories fast)

OLA Amigos :) Hello!! my beautiful readers out there, I hope you are doing amazing even in the intense heat of summer :P

So people, as you see I am not much fan of staying hungry which people assume as dieting. However, there are foods to help you get in shape and allow you to maintain a balanced routine in life!!

So you guys may be aware of the fact that junk food is the root cause a person starts gaining weight. Other than that, potatoes, cheese, mangoes, sweets, excessive egg yolks are foods that are said to have significant impact on weight of a person.

Similarly, there are foods that are said to have calories-burning capability in themselves to burn away the excessive calories and help you attain a healthy lifestyle.

1.Celery is found to be full of nutrients and burns calories at a rapid rate. There are many recipes that can be made from celery that taste deliciously.

2. Although, I have to agree Grapefruit has a very bitter taste but if you add salt and pepper, it can serve as a great drink.

3. Fruits and Vegetables have always been the best foods when opting for a weight loss or for a balanced diet. Specifically, melons and watermelons and other citrus or hydrating fruits serve as best in burning calories when it comes to fruits and green vegetables than are leafy in its appearance like spinach, lettuce and much more hold greater effect. Cucumbers are excellent in hydrating and stands in calories-burning foods. Other than that, Tomatoes are full of juicy taste and if you add a pinch of salt on it and eat raw, it tastes amazing, yup tomatoes burn calories too..

4. When its time to beat the heat, my personal choice is to go for Yogurt , it keeps me cool and hey, it burns calories too!! I usually go for sweetened yogurt with minimum sugar added just for taste. You can have it with you meals too like rice or meat as a side-dish.

5.Now, I am not sure if you guys know but eating too much processed spices in fact damage your liver or has a negative impact on your health, BUT, I repeat , BUT eating red and green Chilies actually burn up the calories so you have a little spice in your food (if you think its Boring )and burn calories at the same time.
