Today I will be revealing one of the myths in weight loss that is the Breakfast Myth..... does breakfst has any effect on weight loss?

It is a wise saying that Breakfast is very important meal of the day. There must be valid truth that this saying has been said.

Breakfast serves as most important meal of the day due to the fact that its done in the morning and is the first meal course consumed by us in the morning. Breakfast helps us in balancing the calories intake and gives us a healthier lifestyle.

As far as the myth is concerned, the breakfast myth is associated with weight loss. It has been said that breakfast causes weight loss as well.  But how far is this true???

Researches indicate that was conducted on people that consumed breakfast and non breakfast consumers. Their weight had not shown adequate changes in account of their change in weights or weight loss. However, it did indicate rise in metabolism for breakfast consumers.

Although weight loss is much accounted on the healthy lifestyle of an individual including exercises and daily calories intake, but, by taking healthy breakfast in morning with balanced calories, the physical health throughout the day would be fit for all work.


Want to know my breakfast lovely readers?? Its egg with toast that has olive butter on top. (Olive butter has less calories and is tasty too) Yummm !!!
