So here are some additional tips that can help you in your daily life.

1.Stay away from dates,Sapodilla (chikoo) and mango in any forms.Avoid their consumption to maximum level as they contain vital amount of sugar which helps in producing fats.
Smoothies, shakes, juices of the above must be kept aloof at all cost.

2. Never drink water after you have eaten your meal.Always try to drink half an hour before your meal.

3.Take time in chewing your food before swallowing it because when you take loads of bites and eat hurily, the food gets to your stomach  and is excreted at a faster rate without being digested properly.As a result you feel hungry and eat more.

4.Be best friends with milk.Drink milk daily for it makes your bones strong and provide you enough energy.

5.Eat foods with iron like bananas apple or any other fruit that blackens in presence of air.It is basically the reaction between iron and air.
