Here are a couple of more exercises  to help you stay fit.

1.Butterfly posture: Now this might be a bit tricky so I am giving away a sample. All you have to do is sit in this posture that is joining both of your feet for few minutes and repeat the procedure 10 times per day.Your posture should be straight.Now the next step is hold your one foot and stretch it outward.Similarly do it with the other foot. Mind it if you stretch whole of your leg by keeping a hold of your foot.The stomach fat gets reduced by it.


2. Stretching Stick: An easy exercise that I feel. For this you need any straight rod or stick long enough to your height.Grip that stick and stretch yourself completely.Next place the stick at your back and fold your hands locking the stick.Now move your upper body to and fro keeping your lower body static. This is for straight posture which makes your posture more attractive.

3.Single Abdomen: This exercise is fun to do (that is what I think).Put your hands on your hips and move it in circular motion keeping the pace and not stopping when it aches. Atleast do it 40 times. Single abdomen means you do it in one direction.This exercise is for your lower portion and abdominal fat.

4.Double Abdomen: This exercise is same as above but you move in double directions of circular motion.
Remember for single and double abdomen, you need to keep up your pace and not stop for a while it becomes painful.The fats get cut down at a faster rate.

5.Plyometric Exercise: This exercise is for the reduction of fats in the lower abdominal region. This exercise might be tricky at first but this is very effective.Get in this posture with your legs parted and in support of your knees.
Now the tricky part is move to and fro keeping up this posture, that is leaving your hands freely.
The idea is that your abdominal region surrounded by fats will eventually unclog due to the pressure exerted.It might be tough at first so I say you start with 5 consecutive movements increasing the number of movements each day.
I recommend you drink milk daily so that your knees dont ache that much.
