Weight loss exercises #1

For me a person is called fit if he does exercises regularly for sound body and mind.
Here are some of them:

1.Single cycling: This exercise is done when you are lied down straight with your hands on your head. You may call it the crunch posture as well.In this type of exercise, you lift your one leg up and move it as you do when cycling.Your hands should not touch the legs. This exercise is for reduction in thighs and legs.

2.Double cycling: This exercise is same as above but done with both legs moving.
                                   Perform the exercise  in 20  times a day
3.Rowing single:So rowing is when you are sailing on a ship and you paddle it to move forward.So this exercise is performed when you lie down straight.Your hands should be by your side.And start picturing yourself rowing on a boat.For this exercise, move in one hand and move it to and fro followed by same movements from your legs that are rose up from the knee. This exercise is for reduction in thighs and upper shoulder.

4.Rowing Double: This exercise is same as above but done with both hands being involved with the same movement as your legs.
                                            Perform the exercise in 10 times a day
Keep it all sets of each routine a day.
